How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
We respond to all enquiries within one business day (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 UK time). Support tickets are answered in under 12 hours on average.
What size of project do you take on?
We take on a maximum of four bespoke engagements per year. Minimum engagement is £25k. If your project is smaller, we are happy to recommend a trusted partner.
Do you work with non-UK clients?
Yes — about 70% of our work is for clients in the US, EU and APAC. We work in English and are comfortable with USD, EUR and GBP contracts.
How do you handle intellectual property?
All IP created during an engagement is assigned to you, the client, upon final payment. We retain a non-exclusive licence to use anonymised techniques and patterns in our future work.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before any substantive discussion. We will countersign your standard NDA or provide a reasonable one-page mutual NDA that protects both parties.
What is your data protection registration?
We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Our full Privacy Policy is at /privacy.html. We respond to all data-subject requests within 30 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA).
